We process and store operations data necessary to provide professional retail/wholesale inventory and sales tracking:

When you create an account, register as an employee, or set up a company profile, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, and securely hashed password.

receipt_long Business Records

To calculate pricing, handle sales transactions, and track stock levels, the Platform processes product names, unit prices, supplier records, discount rates (iskonto), purchase history, and client balances.

phone_android Technical Logs

To maintain platform security, log transactions, and prevent authorization issues, we collect technical details like your IP address, device details, and application logs.

cookie Sessions & Local Storage

We use secure local storage and session variables to keep you logged in across browser sessions or mobile client requests.

Bluetooth & Printing

The mobile application requests access to Bluetooth services. This is used exclusively to discover and connect to portable thermal ESC/POS printers so you can print purchase slips, customer statements, and invoices directly from the field.

Location Services

The mobile app requests Fine Location access. This is strictly required by the Android operating system to scan for nearby Bluetooth thermal printers. We do not track, collect, or store your GPS coordinates or share your physical location.

We request notification permissions to schedule and deliver system alerts, stock alarms, and local reminders.

Internet Access

Required to synchronize database operations (sales, payments, stock changes) in real time with your secure Laravel server.

  • To log purchase, sales, and debt payments for financial auditing.
  • To coordinate stocks dynamically across multiple registered warehouses.

Your trust is paramount. All user credentials, customer rosters, and financial operations are transmitted using secure HTTPS protocols. Data is housed in secure databases shielded by strict network firewalls.

Passwords are encrypted using robust hashing algorithms. While we employ top-tier industrial precautions, please remember that no wireless transmission or database is 100% immune, and you should safeguard your passwords at all times.

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your private business data, product prices, or transaction logs to marketing agencies or external third parties.

This application communicates directly with your own dedicated server api. There are no tracking SDKs, advertising modules, or third-party analysis services (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics) integrated into the codebase. All transactions remain completely within your control.
